ISO 102400 bug with R6?

Peter

When changing ISO with R6 I get 102400 two times. ISO 51200 > 102400 > 102400 > H.

See https://drive.google.com/file/d/1asFb5Yrsg-VHygpk-9TTAVMqL5FbJsUc/view?usp=drivesdk

This is only true if whole ISO stops are chosen or if maximum ISO is H.

Changing ISO from menu works flawless.

This is with firmware 1.8.4. I don't use ISO 102400 often so I don't know if it has been like that before.

Hi Peter,

I have just checked and found the the same on my EOS R6 which has firmware 1.8.3 installed.

ISO goes 51200 > 102400 > 102400 > H when changed with the quick control dial 2.

I also tested out the operation with a control ring mount adapter and RF lens with control ring. If I assign the control ring to change ISO either with a half-press of the shutter or directly then the ISO changes 51200 > 102400 > 102400 > H.

Thanks!

I wonder if it is the same with R5?

Where to report this to Canon?

Greetings,

R5 C, v1.0.6.1.  Bug not present.  ISO-H

Mine goes from 51200 > H.  If I do M-Fn button then select ISO, I get the scale across the screen, I can scroll

51200 > 102400 > H.  Single without duplicate 102400.

Peter, You can call support or CPS.  You could probably also forward your video to Danny, Stephen or Chris.

I do not see the issue in my R6 mark II, no matter the increment setting
