PIXMA MX410 will not print Yellow

I have tried two different cartridges and did multiple deep cleanings on the Color cartridge. I get no yellow color. I am pretty sure yellow is flowing because I see yellow ink when dab the print head against a piece of paper. Could this be a problem where the yellow print signal is not getting to the cartridge ? I may need a new printer ?

It looks like the printer has experienced an internal hardware issue and would need to be replaced. 

You would qualify for the Canon Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.
