PIXMA MG3620 Code 5100

I am getting a support code 5100 from my Pixma MG3620 printer.  Ive done as the window said and checked for paper jams but there isn't any.  Im still getting the code 5100.  What do I do now?  I don't know what else it could be.

Hi,

I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.

You can also trying removing and reinstalling the ink cartridges but if the issue is not resolved the printer would require service. 

 If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
