I cannot print from ADF after loading papers to be duplicated?  Why?

This may not address your problem, but I find mine to be sensitive to paper placement. You need to hear a "beep" when you insert the paper. That shows that the printer recognizes to use the ADF.

Hi Motherhood4me,

 

Are you receiving an error when trying to make the photocopy?  Also, how many pages are you loading in the ADF, and what size are the pages?
