Error Code B204 on a MX492 - Nothing helps!

I have a PIXMA MX492 printer that has an error code B204. It says to turn off, unplug and contact support/manual. I've looked at the online manual. It says "turn off, unplug, contact support". OK! I contacted online chat and got nowhere...well...except I found this forum in hopes you all will have the experience and expertise I need to get my printer back in shape. If anyone has some input or the answer, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

This is a general hardware failure and the printer would need to be replaced. 

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
