Document scanned will not print

My printer will air print, but will not print after scanning. It continues to tell me that the paper is not set properly. It is set for letter size, but will not use that.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using and which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or Mac OS, and which version thereof). That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

There may be an issue with the drivers that are being used.  Visit www.usa.canon.com to download the latest drivers and IJ Network Tool for your printer.
