I cannot connect my Canon 6D with my iPhone 5 even after I installed the EOS Remote App. Camera's WiFi function is or was configured and I think I followed all the steps to try to connect camera to phone so I can transfer my photos.Thank you.

How can transfer images to my Apple laptop?

How do I transfer images from Canon 6D to my Apple Laptop if I cannot install the software that came with camera?  Apple laptop does not have a CD drive.Thank you

Multiple Exposure feature on Canon 6D

I purchased a Canon 6D for the Multiple Exposure (ME), among other reasons. My problem is that in order to enable the ME function I had to reset camera settings which caused the wifi feature to be disabled.Is this common or am I doing something wrong...
