I believe any weather along the shore provides the chance to compose and process images of depth and color. Images that invoke the senses.

As a photographer I often revel in believing I am the only one who felt the moment I captured; then I hope that the image I captured invokes what I felt. In this case the smell of a sea breeze and a calm sunrise over a safe haven.

I know I have been influenced by Monet's beautiful renderings of park landscapes and bridges. His paintings come into my mind any time I compose a similar scene.

Great vision here. I really enjoy this composition and how even as there are well defined layers and lines to each element they are rolling and curving and pointing toward that chapel. thank you for sharing.
