scan issue with monterey 12.3 & mx925

I have a mac running monterey 12.3.1 and a MX925 printer scanner.I can print but not scan is there a new driver to download or is it another issue - TIA

thanksdownloaded and deleted the printers re-installed them and tried again. get the message "-21345 failed to establish connection to the device".
