I downloaded "sc68-win-lide220-1_04-ea33_3" from the canon software/driver site.
After running the installation software, I get the following message...
Installation Incomplete
Scanner Driver has not been installed
I'm running Windows 11 with the latest updates on an ARM processor (Snapdragon X1E-80-100).
I have no problems using the scanner on another Windows 11 device which is running a x86 processor.
Does anyone know if the issue is due to the CanoScan LiDE 220 lacking support for ARM?

Thank you John for pointing me to the article.
I'll have the look more into this because the directions certainly did not work: "If you want to use your product via USB with a Windows 10 or 11 device running on an ARM-based processor, simply plug your device into an available USB port. A driver will be installed automatically."
There's nothing plug and play about this and the setup file did not work.
Thanks again.
