In order to use the EOS R5 C like a webcam (with compatible software), you would need to set the camera to the Video mode. In the menu, you would need to set the USB mode to Video Output UVC. This setting is found in the System Setup (wrench) menu. Connect the camera to your computer with the included interface cable or a Canon cable.
