Will a Sigma DC lens work on the C70 with a ef-rf adapter? If so which adapter do you recommend?

First, the Sigma lens in question would need to have an EF mount. Though do note that you'll most likely run into compatibility issues using a third-party lens via an adapter on Canon equipment.
If you don't already own this lens, strongly recommend you rent it to see if things will work out with your C70.
