We have an older C300 w/o pixel upgrade running firmware 1.1.3. Want to upgrade but camera will not recognize a 32 MB sdhc SD card. Displays error "check sd card". Any thoughts?

Sorry for the typo. It is actually a 32GB Sandisk. But the issue turned out to be a loose ribbon connector to the board that holds sd card reader. I re-seated that and camera now works fine. Thanks for the timely response.

What specific brand of card are you using? Also, is it full-sized or micro?
Did you attempt to format the card in the C300?

Hi, RNWalkabout! Are you sure it's a 32MB card? We ask because that's a really, really small capacity and Cinema EOS cameras generally require far larger capacity like what you'd find on a 32GB card. Please verify this so that the community can get the clearest possible picture of what's going on.
