imageRUNNER C3530i III collates blank page after printing 10 pages

Can someone please help me figure out why the printer collates a blank page after printing 10 pages? I tried turning off finishing. What do I need to do to fix this?

well I just called and they directed me to the website. I don't see dealers listed on the website. I'm in West TN.
