imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5735i Error Code E000025-0100 & iR4735i Error Code E000602-0020

Our Office Printers, Canon IR Advance C5735i (B&W) and IR4735i (Color)  are giving error codes E000025-0100 and error Code E000602-0020. what could be the problem?
