iPF 6300 no print after migration from iMac to MacBook Pro M1

On my (2017) iMac running Ventura 13.6 no problems printing from any application to my (networked) iPF 6300, including from the iPF6300 Print Plugin In Photoshop 2024.

Migrated to 14" MacBook Pro M1. Same as on the iMac: MacOS (Ventura 13.6) and Photoshop 2024.

Cannot print (from any application) and in Photoshop 2024 plug in doesn't even show. Deleted printer, reinstalled printer driver and plugin, added printer back in. Same result: nothing prints, regardless of application and in Photoshop 2024 plug in still a no show.

In the past have had this issue changing computers and Canon Tech Service, even with "your iPF 6300 printer is no longer supported"  was quite helpful in deleting the appropriate stuff out of the Libraries so driver and plug in would install and get everything working. Tech service with Canon now consists only of "your printer and operating system is not supported" and "the driver is in the Library PPD list".

Any help, insight much appreciated.

Hi konizerg,

The imagePROGRAF iPF6300 is not compatible with macOS v13 (Ventura).  The last version of the macOS that is supported is macOS v10.14 (Mojave).  Please use your imagePROGRAF iPF6300 with v10.14 or earlier or a Windows computer using Windows 10 or earlier.
