imageRunner Advance DX C5850i - Light Black ink

Hello, we are using a Canon imageRunner Advance DX C5850i. Recently all the black ink has been coming out very light and affecting all our prints. The ink level is at 60% and I wanted to know if anyone else has seen this before. Thank you!
