Hello everyone, I'm having trouble printing with a Canon imageRUNNER 2520. Every print attempt shows the error message NG(#0853), and nothing gets printed. I’ve tried multiple test pages and documents, but I keep getting the same result. Here are a few examples from the print log:
Each job shows "0 x 0" under Pages x Copies, which makes me think it could be a configuration issue, a driver problem, or some other setting on the printer.
Has anyone experienced this issue or know what the NG(#0853) error specifically means? Are there any solutions I could try to resolve this? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
