I am currently having this problem wherein the printer cannot do print jobs during energy saving mode, most of our units currently having this problem are all C3926i, the previous models(C3826i) never had this problem,unfortunately it was replaced by the newer models with the said problem, the networks are all via Lan so I don't think its a network problem.
Do you guys have any permanent solution to this? I currently increased the time to an hour before it goes to sleep time as a temporary remedy.
