Hello! My university uses Canon's ImageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C5860i's as their standard printers all throughout the school. Recently, I had an assignment that involved printing out a pdf into 10x13 inch paper double-sided. However, I struggled to get the paper to print out from any 10x13 paper. The driver that the school uses is the Canon Generic PCL6 Driver. Eventually, I figured out how to register a custom page size for the driver and then realized I could use the multi-purpose tray to load the paper into the printer, but every time I tried to print out the paper, the driver would not let me print it double sided because I was using a custom page size. Of course, I know that I can manually get the printer to print on both sides, but I was wondering if there was any way for me to circumvent this issue in the driver itself? Thank you so much for your help!
