imageCLASS MF8380Cdw Wi-Fi Light Won't Stop Flashing

I have a canon mfc8380.  i cant get the wifi light to stop flashing.  the printer keeps switching the ipv4 address and will not connect to my printers unless I turn off my router and then turn it back on
