I'm assuming either it's because i added a 2g bandwith for my smart devices for my 5g network?? or is it possibly my fat fingers pressed something on that incredibly small touch screen ?
Help????
Thanks so much,
Is this the right category ?
I know it's not a ink jet - I wanted a B&W Laser

Greetings,
There is nothing wrong with a B&W laser. 🙂
If by 2G you mean you enabled a 2.4Ghz broadcast that supports WPA2/AES encryption, that's exactly what the printer needs. Please ensure your network meets these requirements.
I'd try reconnecting the printer to your Wi-Fi, and yes using the printers LCD screen. 😄. Let us know how it goes.
