I have spent the better part of the day installing, reinstalling, uninstalling, restaring this machine and my computer and I am getting no where. The printer was working but my latest iteration, I lost that too. In any case, this has happened from time to time since I got the printer about 5 years or so ago. I am spending far too much time on this and am about to just say forget it and throw out the printer and get an HP. HELP!!!!
