I recently got a new computer. I installed the TS8220 on the computer. They are connected by wi-fi. When I try to use the printer, I can`t print. The printer settings show that the printer in connected to the network. However, the computer shows it is not connected. I have run the printer help utility. It will show a wrong port connection. It will then correct the port--printer works. However, the next time I try to print--a day or 2 later--again it will not work.
Am I missing a setting to keep it connected to the correct port?
Thanks for any assistance! I am frustrated!
