Hello!
My TS6420 Pixma printer no longer remembers the wifi network/password after sleep or begin shut down. Each time I turn on the printer or wake it from sleep mode I have to pair with the wifi network. After I have done this everything works fine, until the printer goes to sleep or shuts down, then I have to reconnect all over again. I have already reset the device to factory specs and redownloaded and reloaded the driver software.
