I've recently upgraded my wireless router. I am trying to connect my printer to the network that has the computers. This network is advertising this security protocol:
WPA2-PSK + WPA3-Personal
When I select this network it does not prompt for password and fails to connect.
If I connect to the IoT network advertising this security protocol:
WPA2-PSK
It will prompt for the password and connect.
We have updated the printer to the latest firmware and confirmed by trying to update again and getting the message that we are at the latest version (currently 1.160).
I have the option in my new router to change this network's security protocol setting from WPA2-PSK + WPA3-Personal to ONLY WPA3-Personal but again the printer does not prompt for password with that security protocol setting either.
Is there an update in the plan to support this security protocol setting and/or something I can do to get the printer to connect to this wireless network?
