Hello, I've recently purchased the PIXMA TS3722 for school and work, and it constantly keeps disconnecting from my wifi. There's nothing wrong with the wifi, and all of my other devices are connected fine. I'll push and hold the connectivity button and it blinks, but it still doesn't show on my iPad, phone or laptop. I have to fight for about 20 minutes after pushing random buttons and it finally connects out of no where, It's very frustrating. Is there anything I can do to keep it connected? Or what exactly is the troubleshooting process for reconnecting? Just pushing the connectivity button doesn't work and that's pretty much all the app instructs to do. When I purchased this printer at Walmart, the associate specifically said not to buy their warranty because it's apparently already covered for two years. (I'm assuming the CarePak?) But there's no information or code that was included in any of the papers that came with it. Please help, because at this point I'm honestly ready to just buy another printer from another company. Thank you. #PIXMA TS3722

I had the same problem with my Pixma 4700 printer. Not sure if these settings can be found in the same place on your printers, but here's something you can try:
Press the tools button on your printer (should show an image of a wrench)
Scroll the commands and look for Device Settings and press ok, which will bring you to a series of settings under Device Settings. Scroll those and click ok on Lan Settings.Click ok on that and then scroll again for something that says Print Lan Details.Sheet of paper should print and on that sheet one of the headings will read signal strength. If the percentage of your signal strength is below 70 per cent, that may be the cause of the problems connecting the computer to WIFI. Your modem or router needs to be as close to the printer as possible. ie. if the router is in another room it will affect the operation of the computer. Once I moved my printer closer to the modem, the signal strength corrected the problem, but you may have to go to your printer settings on your computer and remove and reinstall the Canon printer icon, which is easy-just remove and then look for the add sign, and you should see the model of your computer in the printing window which you then add. If all of this sounds too complicated, just move your printer closer to your modem and see if it improves printing. Also note the customer service number for the USA: I"m cutting and pasting: 1-800-OK CANON [1-800-652-2666 Please do pass on to others. Thx.
