My TR4720 is not connecting to my MacBook Air w iOS Sonoma 14

Hello!

Recently my Canon TR4720 is not connecting through the wifi with my MacBook Air (now w/ iOS Sonoma 14), it was and now it isn't. (I'm not sure, did the change come when I upgraded my iOS?)

The Canon IJ Scan Utility looks for but can't find the scanner and the printer is not receiving the print jobs I send to it.

Hi, lifelark!

I'm not a tech, but I've been told if you run the wizard from the original setup site, it will re-install the most current version of the Canonn software & drivers and re-associate the printer with your WiFi, so that should solve your issue. You can find it here: https://canon.us/TR4720setup
