I am Using hot mail account ( but have seen the same issue posted from Gmail accounts with no real answers) I have MB2700 printer, and email sever connection was working until Oct 2023. Nothing changed it just stopped connecting and giving me the error 3423. I check and test from the User Interface and it passes. I then go back to printer and try again but get the same error. Did Hotmail change something or did Cannon change their driver?

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using. The model number should be on the front of your printer at the upper left. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
