Got a new MX922 yesterday and have tried to connect to my ARRIS modem but no luck so far. Configured printer security to match modem, the printer sees the access point, I enter the password and attempt to connect. Keeps coming back with the standard ERROR message telling me to recheck everything, which I have done. I am also connected to my PC with the USB port , running WIn 10, but this should not cause any issues with the wireless connection, should it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
