Easy-Print is not finding Canon TS8100

I am getting a no printers available error when trying to use Easy-Print to my TS8100 printer.  It had been working fine.  The printer is working with other applications.

Which version of Windows or macOS are you using?
How do you connect to your printer (USB or WiFi)?
