Hello everyone,
i have canon pixma pro 100 s and i got this error message , I’ve already turned the printer off , I know that has a very small spring that allows it to bounce front to back during printing maybe that spring got damaged ? I don’t know what should I do please any suggestion?

The Pro100/100s has a 1 yr warranty. You will likely need Canon's assistance with the problem.
It needs to be registered with MyCanon to receive support.
You can all Canon Support also, but this will likely require registration too.
