Canon Print app freezes & Canon internet fax service info

Pixma Printer TR 150; I am having software issues/Canon Print, IOS version.

Hello, I guess you could say that I am trying to streamline a bit of everything that I do here at my nonprofit business.  However I cannot ever get any functionality trying to maneuver all of the machines features.  The IOS app silmply freezes then totally dumps me from that page.  I guess the “bottom line” here is HOW/WHERE either on the IOS app or website do I program this machine to do exactly as I need please?  

I came across the fact that Canon offers some type of internet fax service that somehow interfaces nicely with this machine.  So that is the 1 feature that I need, but cannot seem to get the proper setup responses.

I am willing to give a community manager/expert printer information viva private messsages.

In addition, my nonprofit offices just went through a total loss interior flood in which I lost about 25K worth of Canon hardware.  This loss has created a true emergency situation.  Would a community manager/expert please forward this portion of my post to someone in your USA corporate office that could help me negotiate and facilitate the possible donation of replacement hardware.  At least enough to get us back on board please,.

Hi Erikjon,

When you state that the iOS app "freezes and dumps you from that page", what is the name of the app that you are referring to?  Also, what page are you on when this occurs?

In regards to faxing, the PIXMA TR150 does not support this.
