Hi been using my Maxify MB 2755 for a few years to scan and email from the printer. Recently this functionality has stopped working. I initially thought this was as a result of the email account being linked to an older version of Outlook and have updated to Office 365.
The first error code on the older version of Outlook was Error 3419 Failed to connect to the email server. Check (Set mail Server) in Remote UI
Since updating Outlook to 365 i now get the Error Code 3423 Failed to connect to the mail server. Check your mail servers status
When i Test the connection to mail server in Remote UI it comes back with Connection Succeeded
Is anyone else having or had similar issues and know of a fix please ?
