I had an issue today with my computer not recognizing my printer. I removed the printer, restarted the computer, and reinstalled the printer using the IP address because it would not detect it via wifi. That worked great. Then I tried to use the scanner and cannot detect the scanner. I downloaded the IJ Scanner Utility and it also cannot connect to the scanner. I tried to scan directly from the printer to the computer, but it saying that there is not a computer connected. I'm at a loss on what to do.. I'm using the Color Imageclass MF654Cdw. I bought it only 2 weeks ago and it was working until today.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the imageCLASS MF650 series. The model number should be on the front of the printer at the lower right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!
