Hello, I have had my imageCLASS 242dw for awhile, but have not used it since I move a couple years ago. I am just trying to connect my printer to my computer via a USB cord and just print and for some reason it won't let me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which operating system is running on your computer (i.e. Windows or macOS, and which version thereof) and whether you're receiving any error messages when you try to print.
