Hello,
We have a canon dr 3080 scanner that seems to be scanning images that are completely black.
The pages seemed to be scanned and prceed through the scnaner , but the image is black.
We have tried replacing the upper scanning globe (terminology) from another dr 3080, but that did not change the image.
Any ideas what might be causing this ?
The drivers are ok, as we have another dr-3080 working that scans fine, but when we swap this unit in it's place , we see complletely black images being scanned.
Any ideas ?
