my wireless pixma 560 won't print from the intranet

Since my last windows update for my printer update I cannot print from the intranet.  I can print from my microsoft office.

Printer will not print MP210 Do you need both cartridges?

Just replaced the B&W cartridge on my Cannon MP210 printer  Color cartridge is also out of ink however I do not need color documents.  Do I need to replace color to print only black and white?

Message appears Printer: offline"

After the strorm my MF6540 and IP6700D printers show the message "Printer: offline' and I cannot print.  The both worked before the storm and they both show the correct port.
