I have a Canon Imageclass Printer. It is indicating that there is a paper jam or no toner cartridge.
There is no jam anywhere to be found and it has a new, full toner cartrige installed.
I am the Paralegal for a very busy firm and this is putting me way behind. Can you please tell me how to tell this printer that it is fine and can continue printing documents for me? Please?

I tried to list my printer, but you don't have my model. My printer is a Canon Image Class MF4890dw.
