I was trying to scan something and it kept telling me I couldn't email it without being logged into the UI account. I had never used it before, so spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out how to access it. By that point I was frustrated and when I finally found it and it asked me to put in my new login information I did it without paying too much attention. I must have had a typo because now what I thought I entered won't work and neither will the factory default. Is there an easy way to just put it back to the factory settings so I can redo it? Everywhere I look they tell you to call and I've been on hold forever. It feels like something that should be relatively easy to reset but I can't find the information online anywhere for this model. This is a home printer so the fact that I need to do all of this just to scan a document is crazy to me. If anyone knows of a way to remove the need for manager settings that would be amazing too.
Thanks!!!

I have this problem with my office MF455DW. It reset and now I need a system manager id and password and 7...1 doesn't work. Neither does the password I had assigned to it and won't respond to any Ping etc. Rebooted several times. Most annoying.
