Hi,
I'm new here. Recently, I have problems with my MF4450. When I connect it to my computer (Win10) it doesn't even appears as connected. It says that is offline. When I try to scan it says connect computer. I cant print too. Can you give me some advice?

The issue that you are describing points to a connection issue. If the printer and scanner can't connect, there is a problem with the USB cable connection. In this situation, you can try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable for the printer or connecting the printer to a different USB port on the computer. If that does not work, you can try another USB cable to see if the computer can see the printer.
If that does not resolve the issue, it looks like there is something wrong with the printer hardware. You can use the link HERE to check your My Canon account to see what service options are available.
