MAXIFY MB2720 Ink Running Out After Less Than 50 Pages

recently purchased a maxify professional printer. worked great at first. now the ink is running out after less than 50 pages. help?

what is the operating system? and i don’t think it’s a computer issue. 

The operating system is most likely either Windows or macOS.  To get the clearest picture of what's going on, please let us know which one you're using and which version it is.  Hope this helps!

If the ink ran out after 50 pages, it looks like something was wrong with the settings used to print or there is a problem with the hardware. In this situation, I would suggest contacting our support team over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents can check the settings used on the printer and computer to see if anything is set that would use more ink than usual like a photo paper setting or a quality setting set to high. They can also check the hardware for any error codes to see what might be the issue. If something is wrong with the hardware, they can provide any service options.
