When printing an Excel sheet, gridlines created with the finest dotted style of border, are next to invisible on paper when printing. If I change the border to the next bigger level of dashed lines, they print fine. Toner was replaced not long ago. I shook the cartridge again to be sure that it wasn't packed. Ran fixing assembly and ITB. This printing issue didn't seem to be a gradual progression. Software updated. Page was not set to draft print. I tried a test with a empty new Excel file and came up with the same results.
Help would really be appreciated with my dumb mistake. Thank you.

CANON, I need help please - nobody offered any insight. The borders in question show on print preview but are not visible on print copy. Thank you .

Hello,
If the finest line are barely noticeable and all other items are printing properly, I suggest contacting support directly. Our agents would be able to review the prints that are coming out of the printer and check for any problems with the hardware or check what print settings need to be adjusted. You can also try attaching a sample of the print issue to the post so others can view the issue and see what might be going on.
