After replacing the toner cartridge, my image from both the glass and an app cuts off part of the image. I've reduced the size of the document, but it's still cut off. I've removed the new toner cartridge (which is OEM), replaced it, and I've been through every setting on the menu, to no avail. What do I need to do to fix this? Many thanks.

As stated in the title, this is a D570. No error messages. Trying to make a copy from the glass, so no operating system, though issue also happens when printing from and iPad, via WiFi.
