Canon i-sensys MF643CDW stuck on booting.

My canon i-sensys had stuck on booting when you start. I have tried to do unplugged and plug the power but the same problem. How i can do a hard reset ?

What precipitated this behavior?  Was the printer subjected to a power surge or brown out?  

Typically you might try:

Unplugging the printer

Pressing/holding the power button for 30 sec

Reconnect to power and attempt to restart

If this doesn't help, the device will require service.  The printer has a 2 yr warranty.  Have you contacted Canon Support?
