Brand new ImageCLASS MF451dw keeps jamming in the feeder

I've had my printer for just over a week. Tried copying a document today and it immediately jammed. I've tried running about 15 pieces of paper through it now and it still jams every single time. Maybe a bad part? I have no idea why it wouldn't be working. Any ideas / suggestions?

Hello Caeli10,

If you have had a paper jam and the paper continues to have problems feeding, I would suggest removing the toner cartridge and inspecting the inside for any jams/obstructions. If you are unable to locate anything causing the paper jams, I would suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist with the jam issue and provide any service options if needed.
