Hi Tammie2

Thanks for reaching out. The iP90 is an older model which we have retired. Which means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it and the driver and content updates are not being made for the iP90.

However, through some internal digging on the alternating green and orange flashing lights, here's an excerpt directly from Canon USA internal documents.

POWER lamp flashes alternate green and orange:

"An error that requires contacting a Canon service representative may have occurred. Disconnect the printer cable from the printer, and then turn the printer off and unplug the printer from the power supply for a while. Plug the printer back in and turn the printer back on. If the problem remains, Please contact Support."

So again since your unit is retired contacting Support is not an option at this point. If you are interested, the Canon Upgrade Program will help you score a modern replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach a specialist from 9a-9p M-Sat at 1-866-443-8002.

I hope this points you in the right direction! 😁
