I've tried pushing it in from the rear but I still get the light to resume printing. It just won't work.

Negative scan

I am totally frustrated by the 2178 error i get in trying to scan color negatives with my 5600f scanner Win 10 64bitI do get a scan using PDF but not what should be a normal scan accoding to the manual. Have tried various advanced settings.
