My Order page doesn't show my latest order

And the Fedex tracking has no update for 10 days. Whom should I talk to? Canon or Fedex? Thanks.

Hi!  If your product has already shipped out from our facility, you would need to contact FedEx as they would now have custody of the package.  You can call them at 1-800-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339).  Our sales team is also available weekdays and Saturdays (except holidays) at 1-800-385-2155.

Thanks Danny. Let me call Fedex first. But it is still weird that My Order page doesn't have the item: the EF to R adapter.
