Can anyone tell me what to do if my package has been stolen.
I have tried reporting to Fedex and Canon customer support. No one came out a solution about it. It is more than a month. I used credit card on this order. And the bank has already charged me for this transaction. Don't know what to do.

If package was delivered and a third-party later came and stole it (porch pirate) it would be an issue for police and perhaps your homeowners insurance. Canon's responsibility would end when FedEx picked up the item. Did the package require a signature? If you didn’t pre-sign and waive signature then FedEx might be liable.

While unfortunate, I think John summed things up well. All of my Canon shipments have required a signature. Nothing has ever been left.

Thank you for your sharing. It seems like nothing we can do about it.
